Angela earned her Master’s in Social Work from New York University and has been working in the mental health field since 2021. With experience across individual, group, and family therapy, she supports children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges.
Angela specializes in treating complex trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, suicidality, PTSD, ADHD, grief and life transitions. Her approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and an understanding of the nervous system’s role in healing.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and holds a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies. Angela is also a Certified EFT Practitioner, integrating tapping techniques to help clients release emotional blocks and reconnect with inner calm.
Angela’s work is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can heal at their own pace — one step, and one tap, at a time.
